This increases the adrenalin hormone, which keeps you excited and happy. This is the same hormone that works in the beginning of love. Suppose you are at a hill station. Scientists also say that during travel our body comes into a kind of 'heightened state', where emotions emerge more rapidly. 

Being stress free also helps
