Kristin Cabot, the chief people officer at tech firm Astronomer, has resigned more than a week after she was filmed getting close to CEO Andy Byron during a Coldplay concert near Boston.
A spokesperson from the New York-based company confirmed to The Post that Cabot had stepped down. Her exit comes days after Byron was also forced to resign following the viral video, which triggered a wave of online backlash and jokes.
The two were caught on the stadium’s kiss cam, cuddling in the crowd. As the jumbotron zoomed in, they quickly tried to hide their faces. “Oh, what?” Coldplay’s Chris Martin reacted from stage. “Either they’re having an affair or they’re just very shy.”
Both Cabot and Byron were married to other people at the time.
